In Fear

Release date  - 15th November

The director had an experience where he went on Holiday to Ireland and he got lost in a forest because the locals deliberately changed sign posts to confuse the non-locals visiting. With this in mind he decided to explore what would really happen if you really did get lost in a forest. The unique thing about the film is that it is completely improvised as the actors didn't know the story and were never given a script.

The director of the film is Jeremy Lovering who is a British director and is also known for directing television programmes such as Channel $s Teachers.

In Fear is produced by Nira Park and James Biddle. Parks is known for producing British lo budget horror and comedy films including Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead.

The production company behind the film is Big Talk Productions (founded by Nira Parks).

Distributor - Studio Canal - picked up for distribution at Sundance Festival.

The film was produced outside of a conglomerate and is an independent production. Funding was provided by Big Talk although the budget has not been released. Film4 is being used as part of the marketing for the film but there is no evidence as in whether or not they put their own input into the film itself. They don't appear to have put any funding into it.

Main actors - Alice Englert, Iain de Caestecker (who stars in S.H.I.E.L.D)
